Bimmer Invasion (INVASION, “our,” “us,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information of our website visitors (“you”).     If you do not wish to have your e-mail address/contact information used by INVASION to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the promotional email. This opt-out does not apply to communications from INVASION related to transactions.   • Targeted or Interest-Based Advertising
    We may work with third-party advertising companies that collect and use information about your online activities across sites over time, in order to deliver more relevant advertising when you are visiting the Site and elsewhere on the Internet. “Do Not Track” Requests

Our Services do not currently respond to “do not track” or other similar signals.

Sending Emails

We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages.

The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve our Services and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. 

Changes in Our Practices

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it regularly. If we make material changes to our information handling practices or this Privacy Policy, we will contact you through your provided email address or by posting those changes on this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services will be deemed your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy. If you do not agree with the changes, then you should stop using the Services and notify us that you do not want your information used in accordance with the changes.

Payment Information

We use a credit card processing company (Stripe) to bill users for goods and services. This service provider will have access to your Personal Information for purposes of processing the transaction.

What Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my Account?

When your account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in “deactivated” status on our relevant INVASION databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Linked Sites

It is important to note that our Site may contain links to other websites and that those other websites will not follow the same privacy practices. This includes links from advertisers, content providers and trade partners who may use our logo and/or style as part of a co-branding agreement. These other websites may collect data from you that we would not and may use that data in ways that we would not. INVASION is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Cookies and similar tracking technology

We use cookies and similar tracking technology (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect and use Personal Information about you, including to capture Site analytics, to make our Services operate efficiently, and to serve interest-based advertising. 

How do we keep your personal information secure?

To protect your Personal information, we use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure. Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or about children age 18 and under. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. California Residents

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
